Cafe cultivating

The first couple that came to view our house were very nice and we ended up making friends with them. They wanted our house but didn't have the funds (not the amount we wanted anyway) and we've kept in touch since then in case circumstances changed.
We dragged T and A - along with their pals - to Cafe Nero and had a coffee with them as (not having found another place that they like enough to buy) they've just moved in to rented because Steve starts his new job tomorrow. It turns out that he's the new director of the Malvern Hills Conservators and was interviewed for the job by one of my flying pals. It's a small world.
