Innovation and improvisation
I promised the chap on yesterday's blip that I would make him a cake when I was in Switzerland as was staying in an aparthotel. Which was fine. Except I have no oven, or scales. So improvisation it was. No such thing as self raising flour, or golden syrup, so I have plumped for a chocolate refrigerator cake... The 'estimation' or quantities is done by mathematics, and golden syrup replaced by I think a 'malt syrup' - initial taste is quite promising. From the test square!
So not what I planned... But not bad.
