Wojtek the Bear

...is enjoying some winter sun in Princes Street Garden.

Wojtek the Bear was enlisted in Polish army during WWII and ended up with Polish soldiers who took care of him here in Edinburgh. The memorial statue has been unveiled last month and it's right in the shadow of Edinburgh Castle. More information for interested blippers - here.
