Just in case we weren't sure!

A good day visiting the park we took the girls to when they were small, a walk by the apartment building we used to live in, and a visit to the church we used to worship in.

Some people have changed, some look just the same, nice to be welcomed back, even if I couldn't agree with their theology at all any more. I learned not to mention contentious topics such as "evolution" when we were there.

A good time this afternoon visiting with (see, picking up Americanisms already) friends, one of whom had a back injury years ago and is on massive drugs to keep the pain at bay. It was so good to spend time with them.
