Bula

Hello.
Our first day in Fiji and Margie scrutinises her beach. Yes, the water is warm and perfek for swimming. The natives seem friendly and we have heard no mention of cannibalism so far. In fact everyone wanders around with "Bula" on their lips and we feel very welcome. 
We arrived early in the morning and as our room wasn't ready we got an upgrade to a suite which could accommodate all of our children and their families in addition to ourselves - if they could get here before we leave. Please feel free to try.
The early morning taxi dash to a chilly Boston International Airport seems like a lifetime away and Fiji is a very pleasant counterpoint to the first stage of our holiday. The warm clothes have been put away, the sun cream has been opened, we have had our first Yoga on the beach and our first cocktails by the pool. Yes, things are still working out OK.
