But my shot for the day, because karate, is another from the kata Tekki Shodan. When stepping through in this kata, which is all along one line sideways, it is important to not stand up at all - the head should remain at the same level - and to ensure one doesn't end up coming forward or backward, away from the straight line. It's a deceptively simple kata, but the more I perform it, the more I discover in it.
