"I've Got The Shits"

I went for a six mile run this morning. It was hot.

At 2:00 I went to Jess' house. We hung out with Gwen and got frozen yogurt and went in the hot tub. At 5:30 I went to church with Gwen and her parents. Then we went back to Jess' and had dinner at Mary's Pizzeria. We frolicked in the park for a bit before going back in the hot tub.
