Monday: Catch up day

visiting John's cousin near Penrith and his 93 year old aunt in Penrith. This was followed by a shopping trip into the town to Sainsbury's - not a good experience with this dreadful noise of singing and I mean dreadful, I wonder if they have the same tape in all the stores. The labrinthitus was playing up all weekend which didn't help, It may have been the way we were feeling but generally not satisfying. But then into Booths which was a much better place to be.
