Country House

This is the front of Compton Verney , grand house in a beautiful part of Warwickshire.
My son is getting married there next year, but that's not why I went.
I went with a friend to see the art collection which it houses, in particular the exhibition currently being shown, around the theme of the Periodic Table. It might seem a slightly odd theme but there are works of art to do with various elements and alchemy. There are some really beautiful things and some which are a bit strange we thought. Anyway , worth a look if you're near there.

Extra is a man on the stone bridge on the driveway up to the house polluting the fresh air with his foul cigarette, I liked the light on him though.
