I went to an interesting 'ideation' workshop at Ipsos Mori this morning.  I really thought they'd made that up, but I looked it up and it's an actual word, in the actual dictionary.

Rather a gloomy morning as I walked along the river from London Bridge - but it brightened up later on.  Had a rather busy afternoon back in the office, trying to do a day's work in half a day.  Busy evening at home, too - helping Tim package up loads of Amazon returns, then online shopping for my nephew and niece's Christmas presents - as well as cooking dinner and starting to pack for tomorrow.
