Last task of the day was to post a letter, so I took the opportunity to capture the atmosphere of the main street at 23:50 on a Tuesday. I was quite relieved that the Christmas lights hadn't been switched off for the night. This is the closest I've come to missing a Blip for almost a year.

Earlier I'd spent a fun day at home, putting together a non-specialist talk to be given to the Student Maths Society in January. I should have been doing other things, but I couldn't resist the temptation!
