It Wasn't An Emergency...

... but the city Fire Department Command truck appeared when it was time for our pétanque game mid-morning break for coffee and treats. It was driven by A, one of our group when he's not on duty.

It was blowing and raining hard when we arrived at the park, but the game must go on. We've even played with snow and ice on the ground! Luckily the weather improved after we'd played for a while.
