L'Enclume
As it was my parent anniversary they splashed out on a thirteen course dinner at L'enclume. It was delicious, with a series of daring culinary combinations and flavours I'd never tasted before. Here is the lobster ice with rats tails (a type of radish) and cucumber. Yum.
