Christmas Wreath

Dear Diary,

Every year I do something different on my porch door.  I haven't hung a wreath for quite some time so I thought I'd try one this year.  Wilson's Farm, where I purchased my Thanksgiving turkey, had some wonderful, playful wreaths with a Maine theme that the daughter of the owner makes.  I really liked this one with the tiny raccoon.  It is whimsical  and that's what I needed this year.

I drove down to Massachusetts to visit my cousin Mary and I hope to have a photograph of her amazing collection tomorrow.  She really gets into the holiday spirit and nary a corner of the house is left untouched.  Everyone approaches the holiday season in a different way.  I like to see people's personalities reflected in their decorations.
