Upgrade

Some of you may know I am a great fan of the HIVE heating control system.   Not only have we got it at home but I have also installed it in our Keswick cottage and our local village hall.  It allows me to control the heating using an app from wherever I happen to be.

I decided to upgrade our home system to the new thermostat - and then the problems started.  I spent well over an hour on the phone to a support person trying to get the devices to talk to each other.   

It looked as if it would be easier to use but I'm now doubting whether it was worth the trouble.
