My new friends

Having to use these to get around for the next while after crashing on the road bike the other day.
Pain like I've only experienced two or three times before. Lying on the ground mentally checking for broken bones. None luckily and thank God for the helmet which certainly made a huge difference to the day....
Always wear a cycle helmet when out on the bike! It could save your life.
