mushrooms

These beautiful mushrooms were growing out of a tree, this is how they looked from below. 
Might get a Nikon D3300...anyone have any thoughts on this? Can't afford thousands for a camera, but this one seems reasonable, and a macro lens can be added. I've read some reviews, not really sure what else to do to decide.
