Hospital at home

Me, "Somehow I havent' managed to take a blip today", been a bit busy answering phone calls, sorting out the usual household duties, and doing a few things for Mum, of course.


Mum, "You could take a picture of my hand, but I don't want to be in"

Me, "That's fine, I'll just go for the camera"

What Mum didn't know is that a wide angle lens can't help but include more than one arm..........

As you see, her recovery is being aided by out two cat therpists.

Mum is doing well, but woke in pain at about 5am as the anaesthetic began to wear off. Codeine and paracetamol are working but making her feel rather woozy. Not so woozy that she could not look at last night's blip, or read from her Kindle (which you see on a bean bag support on the bed). She thanks everyone for their kind words and their interest in her.

All going as well as possible at this stage.
