Flying High

I was very pleased to see the sunshine as I drove to photo group this morning but even more pleased to see this gorgeous Kite swooping overhead at a place I could easily stop and get a shot :-)
Spent a pleasant couple of hours in good company at the group and then some of us moved on to have lunch and continue the chatting, which went on well into the afternoon.
For those of you following my 'Photo of the Year' dilemma, I went with the 'Reflected Sunset' photo featured as a blip a couple of days ago and was thrilled to win first prize against 21 excellent entries :-).......so all in all a very satisfying day :-)
