New Verandah Ramp

The verandah is finished, clever Mr E, except for the railings ... I'll blip the new front door verandah soon.

This is the ramp going up to the long side of the verandah. There will be another the other side. Directly opposite this one. The grandchildren will have a ball riding their bikes up one ramp, across the verandah and flying down the other ramp. Great fun!!!

I claim I need these ramps as the steps are getting steeper as I get older !!! but in actual fact it is for one of our granddaughters who is six and requires a walking frame and wheelchair. At present she has to be lifted up and down onto or from the verandah and house.

It will be great when it is finished.
