Bit more of a chilled day. Nice session with client in studio, making good music, followed by hanging with the kids, and then falling asleep like an old man after tea.

These Chinese relaxation balls, more properly known as Baoding Balls, I've had forever, a gift from Mrs G when we were mere teens, or thereabouts. They actually work. I should really use them more often :)

Plus they're also great for making sneaky selfies ;)
