Grange Grove, University of Illinois

This is the new Grange Grove that is directly to the west of Memorial Station. What was previously Lot 36, the parking lot directly west of Memorial Stadium, is now a high-energy tailgating area.

In an effort to create an energetic atmosphere around Memorial Stadium, there is a variety of elements inside Grange Grove for fans to enjoy. There is space for fans to set up their own tailgate on a first-come, first-serve basis. University of Illinois students will have the opportunity to reserve tailgate space in advance of game day and will be able to submit tailgate reservations online. Additionally, larger groups and organizations looking to host custom tailgate parties. I especially like the Hugh concrete balls in front to keep anyone from driving in there.
