Post Storm Clear Up

No more storms overnight but still no power! There were limbs off several of the trees in the garden and the wood. We took a walk to survay the damage and then my bro and sis in law started on removing some of the damaged limbs.

The rest of the day was spent trying to stay cool with no air con or fans or water as the water is pumped by electric from the well. With temps up to nearly 100 degrees f it was a hot sweaty day!

Popped to the shops for some air con to cool down and then a dip in the neighbours pool helped!

The power came back on at about 3pm, not too bad considering the amount of trees down. Some folks are not due to get power until mid week!
