Door decorating

We're having a holiday door decorating contest at work. I google searched ideas to find this one and purchased most of the supplies and then watched (directed?) as 2 of my staff went about decorating. One of them is a former kindergarten teacher so she's no stranger to this kind of task. The door is not yet completed as we have several finishing touches such as name tags for the reindeer. I hope my staff win the contest (and judging by what's up thus far I think they will!).
