YOGA

Today was the last class till the new term begins late January.  Lady on the right in black is Sheila, aged 93, who can do all the exercises - including sitting back on her heels in diamond pose.  [That one beats me! ]
Sheila has 6 children and many grandchildren and great grandies. when she turned 90 she bought herself a little red Mazda - she had always wanted a  RED car - which she zips around merrily in.
