Daylight!

I found yesterday very depressing, we didn't really get any daylight. I normally walk with the pram to the swimming with MJ on a Wednesday but yesterday we drove, the driving rain, high winds and lack of light made the walk unappealing. I think I'm descending into a bout of seasonal affective disorder so I have got my light box out today but didn't use it because walking Breesha on such a lovely sunny, if cold, morning gave me a good boost.
