Quair

I went to see the new film version of Sunset Song and it reminded me that I have a copy of A Scots Quair by Lewis Grassic Gibbon, it was a school prize for excellence in Economics, although my career choice took a rather different turn.  I have just looked up the word quair, it is a Scots word and refers to a literary work, with Sunset Song being the first part of the trilogy.  Note to self - remove the fluff when you photograph something in close up.
