Dim or What?

We needed to visit the local recycling centre before doing some shopping this morning. As there was a big truck removing one of the full bins we had to wait a while. There were 3 cars in front of us so the car park was almost clear of vehicles. I couldn't believe it when the 1st or 2nd car in parked like this in across the clearly marked parking spaces.

No time to comment now as I must get dinner before we go to our club meeting.
