So. Back to work this morning.

The irony of trying to check on the progress of a BT fault via their fault-tracking web page, only to find it was....faulty. Had to then ring one of their Indian call centres, after which I got a text from BT telling me the opposite of what I'd just explained to the nice chap on the phone.

Meetings, discussions about floods, power cuts and Christmas jumpers.
