Beginning

OK, giving in now; the nativity set has come out and Christmas decorations are gradually emerging.

Gradual decoration for Christmas is a bit of a family thing.  Initially it was a bit of fun for the toddlers to search out where the 'new' decoration was that morning.  

Now, with the toddlers in their 20's and scattered around the country, it's just senile inertia.
