Bath time

The boy was left home alone for much of the day - or at least without me. I had a meeting in town with the Provincial Education Director for the school project I'm helping to set up, it's taken about 2 months to get the meeting and when I called to tripple confirm, she brought it forward by half an hour, leaving me precious little time to make it to town. I'm not proud of my driving this morning. The meeting was in the mini pile offices building, I was told to go there with someone else who was in the meeting - we entered at door two, went up a flight of stairs to the ground floor, then a lift to the second floor. We were looking for room 100, to our left from the lift was room 101 and opposite it room 114, to the other side of the lift was room 124. Clearly, whoever numbered the rooms had a sense of humour, room 100 wasn't next to room 99, which you passed on your way, but we got there 20 minutes late, or, 10 minutes early for the original meeting time.

Getting home, the boy and I had a lovely walk, seeing the same wildebeest crowd who seem to have adopted a cow from a neighboring paddock and then a lovely bath to wash off the heat of the day.
