Bauble
Our friends John and Jennie came over for lunch today. I prepared a Fennel and Red Pepper Bake served with roast sweet potatoes and roast parsnips with parmesan. Pudding was cheesecake and small Welsh cakes with homemade jam with red and green grapes.
We spent the afternoon chatting and drinking tea in front of a log fire. A nice lead up to the festive period on a wet and cold day.
