a better day...got the tree, then we all went out to see beth who has a part in the meldrum academy production of sunshine on leith. I was so nervous for her - she doesn't really sing much or perform in front of us so I had no idea what to expect, but she was totally ace! her part was slutty margaret who has an affair with rab and asks him to leave his pregnant wife and run away with her. she had an acting and singing part. the whole cast were ace - it was funny seeing all beth's pals in the show...one if which I saw last puking in our bathroom at halloween after being 'over-refreshed'. I couldn't get a photo unfortunately because we had to switch our phones right off as they interfere with the sound equipment...so here's peg's fabulous hair instead.
