Nocturnal Construction

I passed this building at about 4 a.m. this morning, returning from the night's sleep study in Springfield.  It's not far from our house and the work has been underway for months; it was an ideal opportunity to blip it.  The building had at least two tenants since we moved to Northampton in 2003. It has been stripped to its frame for the reconstruction--I have no idea to what end.
