Something to celebrate!

Had a phone call at 11.30pm on Thursday from eldest grandson to say he had asked his girlfriend to marry him and she had agreed!  They are both very involved with Medieval re-enactments and her ring was never going to be the conventional type.  She said it is made out of bronze.  I imagine the wedding will be unconventional too!
They have been together some time and are well suited - so pleased for them - it is an exciting period in their lives.
