Unusual Ship

This ship was sailing towards the ocean and looked a little different.  It is the Lomaivita Prnicess 111, and is the only ship owned by Goundar Shipping Ltd.  The really odd thing is that Goundar is based in Suva, Fiji.  The only reason I can think it was here is that there is a ship repair facility further up the river, but why send it across the Pacific for repairs?

Any ideas?
