Another busy day. A lorry load of fertilizer arrived in at 8am. He had left at 4am to avoid the Forth Road Bridge traffic chaos. Had to borrow a neighbour's telehandler (yet again) to empty it as on 2ton pallets. Once he was emptied,he discovered a flat tyre on the unit so had a 2hr wait for a fitter to repair it.
A wet and windy day again for a while.
Went with Mrs F and Little Miss down to the village hall for a charity night to raise funds for Stills disease. Plenty of talented folk singing and playing guitars, including the local church's rocking Reverend.Followed by mulled wine, mince pies and a raffle. They raised £1500.
