His Royal Stripiness

On my way home from Nelson I stopped at the park.  It was raining but Jasper needed a break from the car.  I found a swan plant and whilst trying to photograph raindrops on caterpillars Jasper's lead knocked this one off.

Being the good citizen I am, I picked him up and put him back - but I couldn't resist a photograph before reinstating him on his leaf.
