First decorations

Our main Christmas decorations are still in the loft and will stay there for a few days yet, but today we retrieved some of the smaller Christmas ornaments from their cupboard and put them on display. This tealight holder was bought at the German Christmas Market in Birmingham a couple of years ago; the top has five silver Christmas trees suspended from a propellor-like disc which spins from the heat of the tealight. Having had a similar thing a few years ago that wouldn't have moved even if you'd lit a blowlamp underneath it, this one works really well and can achieve quite a good rpm.
