Storm Desmond

Perth Queen's bridge.
The rain caused huge flooding and misery for travellers. Perth mostly escaped, mostly due to the massive flood defenses. The bridge was shut a few hours later as the river Tay kept rising. 

I was in the work's 4x4 and so glad I was too. I drove through 2 floods before eventually getting to my visits. By the time I got home, I was very tired and glad to be drying out. The stove was put to good use and my eyelids were too.
