Art Studio

Today's Blip is a big, bright oil painting.....that was hanging in an Art Studio, which, with a group of friends, we visited this morning.
The Open Day was designed to attract budding artists..." to try their hand"....at a new skill.
Most of the artists' works on display were oils on canvas, but there were some watercolours and also some pottery.

There was music, teas, coffees and cakes.....!

Although the Studio was very interesting, and we were made very welcome, it is located about 50 minutes......on the motorway..... from home.....so, really not a very practical option.
However, it was great to meet so many people, with similar, and dissimilar, interests........am sure we'll keep in touch with some of them.
