Cancelled

Slightly unreal day today. Found out that the Brad Paisley gig at the O2 that we've been waiting for for years and booked tickets for two days ago has just been cancelled. Chloe and I are especially gutted. But better to happen now than in the weeks before, I suppose. Hoping it will be rescheduled...
So, on with the day. Popped into Croydon for some shopping, then set off to Woking to watch Joe and his team swim in their final round of the national swim league heats. Plodding happily along the motorway, singing our hearts out, we get a call saying that the power's been out at the pool all afternoon and it's been cancelled. Quick turn around at the services and back we go. Spent the evening watching films instead. Disappointing though, particularly as it looks like they're not going to re-schedule but will base the results on points so far. (Bromley were hoping to creep up a little.)
