Spider Web in the Air

The day was spent in Port Dickson by the sea sipping coffee, hiking up a forest reserve to a lighthouse and satellite dish (to be uploaded when I have access to a pc) at Tanjung Tuan and waiting out squash games.

While walking the grounds of the yatch club I was lucky to not get caught in this Shelob's lair: huge and appearing to be suspended mid air. I sat in front of the web for some time marvelling at the skill and patience this little critter has in constructing this wonderment.
