Dripping fennel flowers

Over to York for the weekend to visit my parents, and deliver piles of Christmas presents for the family. The weather was horribly wet, so apart from nipping to the butchers and the local post office our only outing was to a local garden centre for coffee and scones.  As dusk fell, the rain eased and I noticed these water droplets on the fennel plants outside the kitchen window.
