Saltaire Bookshop

The weather was truly dreadful

Had managed to get out to parkrun and then hid for hours.

Later, I remembered that I had a book on order so sauntered down to the local
Bookshop.

I do love it in here and the way it's set up for Christmas does give you a Dickensian feel when you walk in.

Stayed about 15 minutes and had a chat with David the owner . You see this is what you miss when you order was . Human interaction as well as some healthy debate about politics .

Oh and he also told me about Christmas Eve carols walking round the village, so that's something to look forward to.
You have to love shopping at independents, you get so much more for your money
