Rollers

Despite the rolling wave seen in this image taken just prior to sunrise this morning, it's really been a quiet day, with very little wind to speak of ...
A swim was out of the question, however ... and 'body-surfing' this wave would have been pure madness ...
The waves - (which are mainly caused by the swell in the ocean) - break very close to shore and are very short lived ... Trying to body-surf them would simply lead to being dragged face first through the gravel ... :o/
