Look What I've Got!

At 363 days old, Sophie had always wanted her own laptop!

Although it's not Sophie's birthday until Tuesday, Kate & Joel had a bit of a do to celebrate it with friends this afternoon.

As you can see, Sophie was particularly delighted with this present that has lots of buttons, flashing lights, tunes, words and animal noises to experiment with.

Joel was also delighted: hopefully, he'll be able to open his laptop now without Sophie wanting to press all the buttons!

We had a very jolly afternoon, having spent the morning preparing buffet food and nibbles for the occasion. One of the dishes was rainie's pea and feta dip.
