Each year some friends and I perform a live Christmas radio show called Amerrycana Christmas in the local theatre. Originating in the late 1890s when shepherds from the Manor Valley followed a star to their local market town and found a young radio engineer sleeping in the alley behind the inn, the Downright Homespun Radio Company now has a cult following and broadcasts across the world each Christmas time.
