to my bones

and another good monday =) ..was, wie bitte?

went for some shopping after work cause my lieblings god daughter has a birthday in only two days! she will be having a (hopefully) nice surprise just before weekend ;)

after that I went for swimming and I love the way back from there. I usually come through Rüttenscheid where are all these amazing colorful and cheerful houses. I just love to walk on those streets and enjoy the views ^^ might be that the candy store at the end of the street has something to do with the big smile also.. :P

when I left from the store I noticed that my bus just left so I needed to wait half an hour on the stop. so there came a grandma there with me to wait. she explained five minutes of the new scarfs that she just bought today, colors and flowers and how they match and how they sometimes don't last and... auf deutsch of course. (but I understood her jeij!!) yet came another grandma and asked for a brief kasten. the first grandma adviced the second grandma and after that also me when I asked was ist ein brief kasten? oh the joy when she realized that I'm not a german and that she could tease me with putting me to speak german though she spoke perfect english also :D I'm sure that's some hobby for german people, make foreign people speak their language. but no, I'm actually really happy she did that, I need to start to speak it at some point anyways :) so why not do it with a grandma at the bus stop and in the bus when you have 40min for nothing but waiting. She was really sweet and helped a lot. and gave me a little piece of hope that maybe some day.. maybe I can also speak german one day : )

once again: how much can "strangers" give for you! wonderful.
