Epona
Very dull murky day for my day off:-(
Today Beachcomber, Maeve and I headed to Motherwell to visit my mum before Christmas to deliver her presents and her card.
Thankfully the forecast threat of snow didn't come to anything and we had an uneventful journey south :-)
My mum was a bit under the weather today but I suppose when you reach the age of 92 you can allow for days like that.
By the time I left she seemed brighter which was a relief and I'll check with the nursing home over the next couple of days to make sure all is well.
Definitely not the weather to get an outdoor blip today so instead I've posted a little detail from the bowl I've been working on.
I couldn't resist naming the image Epona with all the connotations this name evokes :-)
The papier-mâché Christmas baubles are now finished and ready for hanging on our Christmas tree once I get organised :-)
